Hello Friends.............................Been busy with the new job and kinda out of contact with the world. This girl got a clerk job at Pepperidge Farm in the shipping office. Monday and Tuesday were very long days of Orientation that I was required to take even though I will not be on the production floor. Did yall know that flour is the biggest carrier of salmonella? I learned something new. I also can give you the steps to a proper lock down procedure of any machine on the production floor. LOL Today was my first day of training in the office and I started at 8 am and didnt finish til almost 6 and was able to squeek in a 1/2 to eat lunch around 2:30. I am a tired puppy, but this has been very interesting so far and look forward to learning more tomorrow. Oh and Bonus................I get to see William Blizzard when he comes in to pick up his load. Nice!!!
