Hello God What are you doing today Having a lie in Or inciting some mad bastard to blow someone away I know your busy with all you have created All that religion And all that hatred I know it probably wasnt your intention But I thought it was worth giving it a mention Because God is good And God is great Its just your always involved When it comes to hate There are them Christians The Catholics The Arabs The Jew All different believers Yet they all worship you There will be bombs going off somewhere today Then after the bang They will all go to pray Are you real God Or are you fiction If you are the latter Thats some contradiction Then theres that other crowd from far away They chopped someones head off Just the other day Barbaric Beyond belief Why are you the cause of so much grief You may be a canny bloke God I wonder Do you go for a drink Perhaps we could all come with you And have a think Think about getting the world from out of the gutters Perhaps you could have a word And educate all of the nutters Im sorry God I dont mean to scoff Especially on a Sunday Its probably your day off In all fairness You are not really to blame Its just that people keep killing each other And using your name I wish they could clear their heads And see through the mist After all We are not even certain That you exist
