Hello Henley Club Community. Several of our members are involved in SEW (Supporting + Empowering Women) Tanzania, a not-for-profit organisation that sells bags that are hand-stitched by HIV+ women in Tanzania. Now in its second year, the SEW Justice Forum aims to foster learning on topics related to justice and development, as well as raising money for SEW. Proceeds go towards supporting SEW. This year the 2013 SEW Justice Forum theme is Economic Growth in Indigenous Australia: Challenges and Opportunities. SEW would like to invite you to a panel discussion on economic development in Indigenous Australia. Despite increasing engagement from business, government and community sectors, many Indigenous communities in both rural and urban Australia still lack a genuine pathway to economic empowerment. Join our eminent panel of speakers as they reflect on the challenges and opportunities that exist for Indigenous Australia.
