Hello! How are you all doing. I desired to talk to you today. I was born in late 1300s. People keep arguing about my roots till date, some say the French “Seculer”was my father, while some say that I am the offspring of the Latin “Saecularis”. The truth is that I myself dont know. It is fairly easy to define me though. I have a very generic definition but generic definitions are always prone to incorrect interpretations. For some I meant “living in the world, not belonging to a religious order”, for some I meant “worldly, pertaining to a generation or age”, while others comprehended me as “Equal respect for all religions”. With time I was made a harlot, everyone rode me for joy. Everyone used me to satisfy his selfish needs. With time, came new definitions of mine. Some justified “Conversions” in my name, Some justified “Killing” in my name. Some associate an entire community with my name. With time, I became a furor, a faction. Political outfits now play in my name. They have custom made definitions for me. The truth is that I still have the same meaning, only the definitions have changed. I just request you to kindly add a “pseudo” or “fake” before my name when you think of coming up with a made-to-order definition of mine. Please dont insult me any further.
