Hello I am a mother to ten children...two grandchildren ...two have become angels...the most recent passed on in April... My youngest is a heart baby he has had open heart at four months old and will go again very soon... My husband has never been to one of his appts.. On jan 28 o read a text fromy husband to my 14 year old saying 20 months till we make sweet love... She is my daughter from a previous marriage ... I told them I was leaving with my kids and that they both needed help. Than I recorded a 17 min video of the two of them admitting there relationship and there plans to get rid of me... Well I hears the first parr of the video and confronted them with it. Bad idea... My daughter attacked me and stole my phone ... She called 911 the police talked to the two of them and without even asking me what happened they arrested me... The case left my children with him... It has been 19 days I have been in family court 5 times and receives two intern orders for access an still have not had a visit... I have put in seven plus of care to get my children to a safe location no one is listening... I use to supervise visits for CAs... How can they do this... I have a 100 text messages from the worker proving he has been bias... Still no new worker ... This is taking to long... Any help would be appreciated
