Hello, I am looking for some advice. My daughter Aliyah is 3 months old. We got a diagnosis yesterday of torticollis. Unfortunately the local health care providers are being anything but helpful and making things very difficult for getting her into pt. I was just wondering if there is anything I can do to help her at home until I can get her in. It started out very slight, but in the last week has gotten a lot worse in the last week or so and she seems uncomfortable. Sometimes she even seema to be in pain on the rare occasion her head tilts the opposite way. Theyre saying at least a week before she can even see her pediatrician again to get a referral. I feel like waiting that long to do anything is going to be really bad. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. :)
