Hello, Im looking for some suggestions for natural remedies that people use for treating their headaches. I suffer them constantly and yes I have gone to drs, have also tried acupuncture & I usually use peppermint oil which often helps ease them a bit but hoping there might be something else out there that people find works great? I work full time so lying down in a dark room as google suggests isnt an option for me most days. Thanks :)
