Hello Ithaca, and glad to be back at Model Citizen Tattoo. There are 4 kind of tattooist, the scratcher (someone who doesnt know what hes doing) and apprentice someone who is learning the trade under a professional, a tattooist someone who can tattoo flash or other images, and a tattoo artist. The staff at Model citizen are just that artist, and that is why im always happy to be back in Ithaca, so that I can work with a great crew.
