Hello MLGer’s! Here we are on the brink of spring break! For our last MLG before the break we are going to dance ourselves into being part of the 1 billion rising up for equality! So bring your dance shoes, your courage, your energy and your joy for justice with you this week! we will have the sign station running as well. also, we will be revisiting the inclusive leadership roots of MLG, with so many new MLG community members it is a perfect time to reaffirm the values, focus and mission of our wonderful Multicultural Leadership group! Our agenda for Thursday: 3:30 - 4:00: arrive, relax, snack and chat! 4:00: Intro to Inclusive Leadership skills 4:30: The wonderful Lynn Weaver will teach us the 1 billion rising dance! We will also have the sign making station as well 5:25: MLG inclusive community values activity 5:30: wrap up, announcements and clean up!! Where: Duncan United Church on Ingram St, Heritage Hall Who: all ages, all cultures, all faiths, all identities, everyone is welcome! Why: to have fun while creating inclusive and caring communities When: After school till 6:00: come when you can, leave when you must Look forward to seeing you all there!!
