Hello Mama Zimbi, my name is Sheila. im a 24 years old graduate. I have dated this guy for almost 8 years now and he went to South Africa 5 months ago to go work promising to come back for me so i should wait for him. Just recently, i got a message from a strange South African lady through my facebook inbox who was claiming that she was dating my guy in South Africa. I told her it isnt true but she replied that my guy told her i am his ex and that we broke up even before he left Ghana. And that she did not believe my guy so she questioned him about us severally but he kept saying im his ex. So she checked on his facebook wall, saw my pictures and comments on his wall and contacted me telling me they were dating but she broke up with him because she believed my guy is lying to her about us. I contacted a friend of my guy who is with him in south africa and he told me its true that they know the girl but he doesnt know if the girl was telling the truth. I confronted my guy and upon several argument he finally admitted that he told the girl im his ex and we broke up before he left Ghana but he never dated the girl and that he met the girl about 2 weeks ago on a social network and they became friends so he had to give the girl attention so she could stop her drinking habit that is why he denied me. But he never meant to n was just trying to hep the girl out of her situation not knowing the girl could take him serious. I got so hurt that i broke up with him but he doesnt wanna accept the break up and is still pleading. I love him so much but im finding it very difficult to forgive him and pretend nothing happened. What should i do?
