Hello Mr. Ziolkovski, First of all I would like to thank You for such an incredible and professional help!!! Without your help there was no possibility to get back even till closing the case our lovely and long time friend Quaker parrot which was taken away in 2013 December 11th when I came to Warsaw with my bird from Tbilisi, Georgia. the official reason was not having the CITES document…although we did not know about this document and polish airline cargo sold us the ticket for the Quaker Qarrot without informing us that there was a need for such document, also through all this process we‘ve been keeping in touch with the veterinarian of the border police and taking advices about the required documentation he’s never said a word about CITES…when we came to Warsaw the border police arrested my bird… I remember when my husband and I were looking for a lawyer in Warsaw walking in to every law office on Jerozolimskie ave, searching through internet a lawyer for this case but no one wanted to take a responsibility of this case because the case is really unusual and does not include a typical character… So Mr. Ziolkowski was the only lawyer who said the he can take this case and try to get it to the successful end!!! The case was already given to the prosecutor office when I went back to Tbilisi, Georgia to get the retrospective permit of import export- CITES and brought it to Poland. After that Mr. Ziolkowski sent the list of the documentation and explained why the bird can come back to home till closing the case and stay with us-almost 14 years old owners and why she finally should be free. So he got the positive answer from the prosecutor and yesterday January 30th 2014 we took from the Warsaw Zoo our bird!!! Now we are sitting together in very very happy mood having a good time and waiting for the final successful end of this case!!! So my husband, I and my Quaker parrot have no doubt about it and finally my bird will be free!!! We all would like to thank to Mr. Ziolkowski for everything that he has done for us and we wish to him in his future career more and more success!!!
