Hello. My name is Aldo Ferrusi. I am a recording artist, publisher, graphic designer and internet developer. I have been operating under the moniker XSRY for my collective works for over a decade (2002). I have published works using this name. I also have a registered domain that also uses this name, XSRYband. I have countless profiles, sites and references of my use of this name and also have placed some of my works in the creative commons site internetarchive.org. I had just discovered your XSRY brand Sunday 26 of May 2013 while on Google searching XSRY, and there was never an instance of another presence of anything being named XSRY. My decision to use the name came because there is a band in Germany named Accessory. It seems you also decided to use it phonetically like I have. If you had noticed (if you had done this), my brand encapsulates a majority of the search engines results. More so I feel that the origins of your brand were lifted from myself including your trademark logo in which I have previously used similar arrangements of the letters X, S, R, Y, before your existence as a trademark holder... By my understanding of international trademark law, I was first to use this name so it is in fact mine regardless of your registration. I have also been published on reputable labels in Germany in 2009,2010,2011 and 2013 under the name XSRY. My use of this name will also cause harm if you continue to use it since I am very political, anti-religion, left-wing and highly opinionated in my works and may in fact be an unsatisfactory association to your brand and I do not want to be associated with designer clothing and/or accessories of any kind. I have even produced apparel with the brand XSRY previous to your trademark registration. Be advised I will continue to use my brand and I may require to seek a settlement on this issue.
