. Hello, My name is Laslea Eduard,I’m from Romania. I bought a Lenovo laptop from one of your stores in Bucharest.I decided to choose Lenovo because I’ve heard about the reliability and the the less problems of these laptops.The laptop’s type is G 570,but the problem is that it starts extremely hard and slow even if the operating system is Windows,Ubuntu,whatever. So I went to the authorized service in Romania Servskill s.a.They took the laptop in order to solve the problem.The number of my bill is 90499 from 07.02 2014.On the 22.02 I received the laptop with the same problem and with any notice from the service.I’ve tried to contact the service but the gentlemen overthere told me that they don’t know what has happened.I also filed a complained at your subsidiary in Romania,but they sent me to the same ignorants(the service I was before). I’m terrible disappointed by the product and also by the service.I wanted to let you know all these and I wait for you answer. I also mention the laptop is still in the warranty period. I sincerely express my gratitude that you will solve my problem,
