Hello! Okay, starting off, my name is Morgan, Im 19 and Im a fresher studying English Literature and French. Im interested in all languages and Id love to provide learning opportunities within the university for people to learn languages, support for international students who want to improve their English skills or to teach their native language, and also a support network for students studying languages. Primarily the society would be for fun and for networking, perhaps with independent learning or with people working in pairs to help each other. I think that we could organise structured lessons and develop a learning programme in order to monitor our progress. I would love to be able to offer subsidised language exams - but this would undoubtedly get expensive quickly and Im not sure what kind of funding we could raise. What would people like to get out of this society? Im open to all ideas!
