Hello! So. I saw this yummy creation on Facebook the other day and then Googled it and tried my best. I got a muffin pan and sprayed some of that Pam stuff in it. I put 2 pieces of ham in the trays, we used honey ham. I made 1 not scrambled and 3 scrambled, 2 I added cheese to. I piece of american cheese I tore into pieces and added to the egg mix that I mixed in a bowl. The sunny side up egg I just cracked into the ham. Cooked for 10 minutes then put back in for 5 and then put back in for another 5. Cooked about 20 minutes on 400 and they came out really good and tasty. Look at me being Suzie little homemaker.
