Hello Super Fifth Grade Families! Today in language arts we reviewed what theme was and what themes we may see in literature. We read short passages from a text and answered questions about theme. Ask your child what theme is and what themes they have noticed in books they have read. JOG-A-THON UPDATE: As of today our class has already raised $500!! Awesome job everyone! If we can get $200 more by tomorrow our class gets to throw water balloons at Mr. Howell during the Friday morning assembly. Our class has to reach half our goal by tomorrow which is $700. We are almost there - only $200 to go. If you have any donations please make sure we get them by tomorrow.
