Hello, Unfortunately I need to start out today with some bad - TopicsExpress

Hello, Unfortunately I need to start out today with some bad news. Within the past couple of days we lost another classmate, John Rafter. I remember John back to the Conniston days. He was a great guy and very quick to laugh at (my) stupid jokes. Johns obituary is attached and services are here locally Friday. By the way, I have figured a way to begin attaching obituaries on the “In Memory” page on the website. I have noted those of whom I have obituaries and if you click on their picture you can view. If you see someone that I do not have the Obituary for and you have access please forward me a copy. While we are on this topic, Ron Hillard and Dale Hedrick have both agreed to help us remember in prayer all of those that have passed just before dinner Saturday night. Now on to some better news: · We got great news for all that have requested to play golf. We have been able to get them to reduce their $142.00 rate per round to $75.00! Let us know if you are golfing and send your $75.00 to Bo Paty. There are only 24 places reserved….first come first served! · Several people have expressed that they would like to play tennis….in the middle of JULY in South Florida. Let us know if that is you and we will get that arranged. · Please go online to FHHS1974 and register NOW if you are going to the reunion and designate the night(s) you are going. We also need you to follow up with payment. At the bottom of the registration page is Bo Paty’s address. Checks must be forwarded to Bo and received or we can’t count you as registered. · Classmates page: I added Rick Swanson, Ron Hillard, Rick Platz and Patrick Kelly this week. · Business Sponsors: We added the Gehring Group’s ad and working on pages for Steve Brannock and Jimmy Miller. Thanks all! · Comments page is getting little to no usage which I am very surprised. Please go on start a conversation on an ything you want…kinda like Facebook. · Pictures: We need lots more pictures from proms, your first car, baby pictures, past reunion pictures, etc. I prefer if you send via email so they do not get lost. [email protected] Well that’s about it for this week. Please keep John Rafter and his family in your prayers and if you are in town and can go to the service that would be very thoughtful. Be safe!
