Hello! We need your help. We are doing a little bit of research into why people in Pendle, Burnley, Hyndburn and Blackburn are less likely to take part in the arts than other places and people in the country. We need the information to help us plan what we do next. As part of this we would like to know what would get people more interested and thats where you come in.
