Hello again! :D Presenting a no bake, eggless, marble cheesecake made with cottage cheese / paneer. Well, I wanted to participate in Shikhas event. But the savoury veg items just didnt happen :P . So, went to my comfort zone - sweet! And that too a cheesecake! Cheese is rich in proteins. I substituted cream cheese with paneer. Healthier? ;) The setting agent is China grass. So, there...enough of proteins!..and vegetarian too! :P #CalVegProtein And I would like to thank Devyani (Teku) for helping me come up with this, for the event. The recipe is the same as the zebra cheesecake that I posted sometime back in CaL. The change is just in the replacement of cream cheese and gelatine. And of course the design! Its not striped. Made a marble design. :)
