Hello all! Did you find it difficult to rent a flat or studio? I am looking for something in Puerto de la Cruz,now I share the house a bit far up.Which estate agency are trustworthy? Through milamuncios.es I contacted one professional/Joaquin/ who apparently works for tu casa en Tenerife,doesnt have a office!When I meant to meet him today.I called him few min.earlier that Im here at the meeting point( but I brought with me one lady I know) He phoned me saying that he wont come because hes got a headache! What a load of rubbish!! What I found strange as a professional he could contact me earlier and not to cancel it 5 min.before our meeting time!!Other woman wants 3 months pay in advance if without job..I am going crazy!
