Hello all, Ill be making Irish stew and Irish wheaten bread again this week. If youre suffering from a cold, feeling run-down or in need of a quick meal this food is perfect. This delicious healthy stew is made using round steak, vegetables, salt and pepper only. The bread is made using whole wheat flour and goes great with the stew, toasted with butter or cheese, or even with something sweeter like jam. The stew is ₩9000 for 960ml which is enough for two meals (pictured). The bread comes in portions of 4 slices (₩2000), 8 slices (₩4000) and 16 slices (₩8000). Pickups can be made downtown Friday 730pm or Saturday 930am. Alternative pickups can be arranged in the Sangmu, Uncheon, Ssanghon area.
