Hello all Im working on a proposal for a green house project for a church. Its the Chapel Of Sacred Mirrors, aka. CoSM, its a sanctuary of creativity founded by Alex and Alyson Grey. You can check them out at Cosm.org. The green house will be between 60-80 feet long and 30-50 feet wide. I dont know what the height will be but it needs to be proportionally correct and I would like the digesters to be positioned anatomically correct. The plan is to build the Green house in the shape of a Sphinx. It will be built over top of a pool basin in which we will be creating a gourmet edible Mushroom Garden. I discussed with TH about using his molds for the project. I would like some input from everyone especially those who work with digesters for use in heating a greenhouse as well as filtering and compressing the gas for engine use. Id like to be able to run all of the systems for the green house off of the energy produced from the digesters. CoSM has staff members that live there and they supply 3 meals a day to there staff they have a compost heap but only an 8th of there organic good material goes into it. The goal is to supply almost all of the plants and fungi needed for the kitchen and cafe as well as provide a use for garbage cans full of food waste.
