Hello all. YES. My cousins son was the victim of a tragic accident. He is currently in very capable hands, receiving the best care available to him, he is in the company of his parents and siblings. Above all, he is under the watchful eyes of - apparently- an INCREDIBLE guardian angel. Prayers are greatly appreciated. As a matter of fact, I ask you to PLEASE pray for D and his family. Just as we would pray for ANY relative, friend, or neighbor. The more prayers we send up, I believe the more healing will come down. The family has received an abundance of friend requests from people they do not know. Most, I am sure, mean very well. Some, however, are just being nosy. So far, the information shared on facebook has NOT been 100% accurate. I just spoke to Chey on the phone. I do hope not a single well meaning soul takes this the wrong way, but what the family is dealing with is stressful, frightening, and, PERSONAL. I advise that family, friends, and neighbors wait patiently for Ds immediate family to post his updates if they so choose, and as FACTS become available to them. Please respect the fact that this is a very frightening, very emotional, and personal FAMILY MATTER. Please accept - on behalf of Ds loving family- the deep gratitude shared by all who love him for your thoughts and prayers. To strangers who really do mean well, I apologize if this sounds rude. Please continue to pray for this amazing, brilliant, handsome, funny, charming young man and the family that is there to support him. Hes a strong kid and he comes from stubborn stock! I expect nothing short of a full recovery. But... Those updates, that information, and any news- if you expect it to be accurate- needs to come from his family. Thank you for your time. God bless you all. Chris, ChiChi, Dalton, & Eddie- I love you guys. Big hugs and many prayers. Respectfully yours, Jeremy and Amy Hatfield
