Hello all my friends, for a while now you have been seeing posts from me relating to real estate, as most of you know I am A REALTOR with shorewest. I want to thank each of you for all your kind words and support. That being said based on conversations I have had with several of my friends, I wish to clarify a couple of things. 1st Most of my business comes from people I know and the referrals that come from them, not random strangers who just happen to find me, 2nd ,Unless I sell a home I make $0, no salary no draws. 3rd I am in business for my self and like most new business we rely and our sphere of contacts when we open our doors to help us out of the gate. My new business is no different starting out than say when A new bar opens its doors or hardware store, WE AS LOCALS FAMLIAR WITH THE NEW OWNERS try to offer our support you know buy stuff from them. I am not trying to guilt anyone or Beg, I just need everyone to understand I am only asking for the opportunity to be given a chance to show you what shorewest and myself can offer you. Some people say" well I just do not want to have friends know certain things about me". I have 2 things to say to that... why would you trust a stranger over a friend and if I know you well enough to call you friend then I already know everything I need to know about you. So I say to you all , IF YOU OR ANYONE YOU KNOW IS THINKING OF BUYING OR SELLING A HOME ,PLEASE CONTACT ME I will be there to help , thanks for taking the time to read this. Also just ask anyone I have helped in a real estate transaction ,NEW OR NOT I GOT THIS.
