South African stand-up comedian Trevor Noah should be quite interesting on Sunday, and I know that Dr Eric Sellers will be. Hes got a machine that allows locked-in stroke or otherwise effected people to say hello and lots more by thinking at it! Quite amazing. I am glued to TV tonight watching Northland vs Hawkes Bay in the dud competition semi final. I freely say dud because the 1997 Northland 2nd division team would THRASH any of the top div teams of today. It would do a fair bit towards Northland walking with a more upright gate to get back to the top division. Ours is the unloved province with the runny nose. ... but I cant help it... I love her. See the headland above... dreamy, and it will always be where my heart lives, despite being effectively run out of town when I was 17 for wearing tennis shoes in the mall. It was deemed punk attire. Id just been playing tennis. An appropriate snap for the occasion and a moonrise over Hen Island, Bream Bay.
