Hello dear friends. My mother, Elizabeth Olson, died yesterday at The Landing at Friendship Village in Waterloo, IA. She was very lucky to have had less than two weeks of ill health in her very long, happy and healthy 99+ years of life. My brother, Gust Olson, and our families are at peace with this. Thank you so much for your kind words and support. Thank you for your warm thoughts and concern. Your love is felt deeply here by both Michelle Coen and myself. I will share her WCF Courier Obit with you when it is published. No formal service is planned. (Update: her body made it to Iowa City, as she planned - to the Carver College of Medicine, Department of Anatomy and Cell Biology. No additional cost! Thanks, Mom. It was really nice not to have that worry yesterday.)
