Hello everybody, I recently joined this group, and would like to introduce myself, so you know where I come from Ever since a very young age, it has always been my passion to learn foreign languages. Learning important languages such as English, Spanish, French and German, and being able to communicate with lots of people, has opened many doors for me during my professional and personal life. In 2009 my partner and I moved from the Netherlands to the south of Spain, where I was able to turn my passion into a very much loved profession, taking over and running a Spanish Language school, where we offered high quality Spanish courses to people from all over the world. After being involved with the teaching of the Spanish language during several years, I started to realize that I wanted to be able to see more people benefit from our way of teaching. We closely worked together with our team of qualified and experienced Spanish teachers to develop an online product, so people would be able to participate to the Spanish courses from any location in the world, and from the comfort of their own homes. This has led to the development of a virtual educational platform where the student can learn Spanish using the newest ICT learning techniques, according to the blended learning concept, being guided and evaluated by his or her personal Spanish native teacher in Spain during one-on-one online evaluations and email correspondence. Is has been very rewarding to me to see people, and especially children and teenagers, benefit so much from our programs, seeing the progress they are making, enjoying it, and actually seeing the teaching being so effective. Of course we continue to develop and improve the product each day, while we closely monitor the progress of our students.
