Hello everybody, just wandering if any of you are currently pregnant or may know of someone who is? As part of my master studies at Massey, I am doing a study about dietary intakes of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids during pregnancy and need another 200 participants to take part. The study involves the completion of an anonymous online questionnaire (approx 20 min) that is available until the end of december 2014. In return for taking part we will provide the latest guidelines on healthy eating during pregnancy and draw 5 copies of If Only Theyd Told Me. Both omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids are key nutrients for baby development and maternal health. Results from this study are expected to provide a snapshot of the current dietary intakes of these key nutrients and whether pregnant women in NZ are achieving recommended levels. Participants are required to be in their last trimester of pregnancy, aged 16 and over and be living in NZ. If you could help, please take part and/or share the link surveymonkey/s/pufa. Thank you:)
