Hello everyone: I am a Mechanical Engineering major at WTAMU, and for my groups Advanced Mechanics project we are designing and building a cruiser bicycle frame out of hardwood. As most of you probably know, hardwood is quite expensive. In order to make this project affordable (and practical), we are exploring all kinds of options to acquire the needed materials at a lesser cost. We are in no way asking for free handouts, but would greatly appreciate the chance to purchase scraps that any of you may have to go towards our project.
