Hello everyone, I am searching for reliable people who would like to work in a sales team, which I am currently setting up for a client. Here are the details: The sales people will work de facto as product generalists and relationship managers: i.e. they will offer a range of products to various corporate clients and be the first line of contact for them (e.g. for any general questions). They will work as freelancers on a commission-basis. You might know this model from the insurance agents. It is up to each salesperson how many sales he/she makes and then he/she will receive a fee, which is a percentage of the overall contract volume. This lasts for the entire duration of the contract. For example, if a contract with a particular company is worth 200 thousand per annum, a part of it goes to the sales person. Since my client offers language solutions (language trainings, translations, coaching, etc.) to companies, the products are very straightforward, so no previous knowledge is required. The successful candidates will get comprehensive training from me, during which the products will be explained as well as the overall company philosophy and all other relevant details. I am NOT (!) interested in stereotypical sales people, who use various manipulative techniques and are prepared to sell anything as long as they get paid well. I have created superior products for my client’s company, so my client’s reputation is now my reputation. Therefore, I am looking for people who are honest, disciplined, open to learning new skills, emotionally intelligent, and good at communicating. They should be fluent in German and English, since they will be working for a language service provider. No previous sales experience is required; what matters most is the right personality.
