Hello everyone I recently opened a new part of my private practice, offering short workshops on re-connecting with your "nature" within, through connecting with nature! Through various activities, the group will re-discover their own connection with nature, and how to use this connection in various ways to help calm anxieties and stress. Research is beginning to show that a connection with nature, outdoors, has an affect our brain that may improve attention and other cognitive functions. This is an outdoor workshop I am cuurently offering throughout the seasons. My next summer one is Saturday July 27th, from 9:00am to 12:30pm in a pasture location in St. Louis County.
