Hello everyone! I work for an awesome non-profit called Neighborhood Youth Association. I run the satellite location in Downtown LA where we focus on skill-building, homework help and leadership skills for kids in grades K-8. I would love to get regular volunteers for the program to increase the amount of personal attention that each student receives!! You can volunteer anywhere from 3 hours per month to 6 hours per week. Program hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 3pm-6pm. Volunteer times can be flexible (anytime in between 2:30pm and 6:30pm.) I love what I do, and I love the kids that I do it for.
