Hello everyone, Isaiah 41:21 says, “Produce your cause, saith the Lord; bring forth your strong reasons, saith the king of Jacob.” How comforting and inspiring to know that you can argue your case before the Lord in prayer! You can actually turn your closet into a courtroom, and bring forth your strong reasons for demanding a change, or insisting that things turn out in a certain way for you or your loved ones. This kind of praying is serious and intense – the kind for which you shut your door and say, “I must have a miracle today!” Even when you’re on the move, perhaps in the car, heading to work or returning from work, once the issue comes to your mind, speak the Word of God about it. This is how you pray when praying the prayer of petition; it’s rendered with tenacity and a strong sense of purpose. You don’t take no for an answer! If you don’t get a note of victory the first time, you continue until you know you’ve got what you want; at that point nothing in the world can take it from you. Hallelujah! Now, say this with me: Dear Father, thank you for showing me that I’m not helpless, but empowered to effect changes in circumstances of life by faith and in the Name of Jesus.
