Hello everyone! Our research breakthrough in a nutshell: Juiced - TopicsExpress

Hello everyone! Our research breakthrough in a nutshell: Juiced curly kale kills melanoma cancer cells. The natural whole vegetable has been repeatedly more effective than trying to isolate individual components. This is important for 3 primary reasons. 1) Nature cannot be patented 2) It is highly accessible and affordable. Even if you potentially cant afford it, you can grow it. It gives direct access to the poor. 3) It is immediately available. Again the vegetable is called Curly kale or kale in most regular stores. We have published our work so far on the Center for Open Science. I have included both links below. Regular Version: https://osf.io/5jnx8/ Non-Scientist Version: https://osf.io/rugpa/ I will also include our poster in the comments below. I have been working with kale for over a year now. A few keypoints I want to highlight: 1) Wash all your fruits and veggies. I recommend using a little dishwashing soap to get rid of most of the pesticides. Then wash with an adequate amount of water to ensure all soap is gone. 2) Cooked kale does NOT contain the same beneficial qualities. It must be in its RAW state. Cooking kale alters its nutrional profile and proportionalities. 3) Freezing and thawing kale remains fairly potent. Fresh is best, but freezing and thawing is an effective alternative for people who are pressed for time. For example, if you want to juice it, you can juice in bulk and freeze it all. Thaw it out as you need then. If you have any specific questions, please e-mail me. FB is too cluttered and it will quickly become overwhelming. My e-mail: [email protected] We need more research done on this because it shows tremendous promise. There is indications that this may possibly work in breast cancer, colon cancer, etc but I need help. The more people we have working on this the better off humanity will be. So if you know of anyone who may be interested in research collaborations, have them e-mail me. To better health! Bilal =)
