Hello everyone, This is a very important issue Cindy and I would like you to get involved. As some of you know Catamount Ski Area is planning a big expansion of there property. Condominiums, Resort Hotel and more. All together a 10 year build out. To protect ourselfs, Catamount the Developer and Swiss Hütte reached an Agreement in 2005 almost 10 years ago in order for Swiss Hütte to get through 10 years of construction right across the way and still have a chance to be be a viable business in our community which we have been for almost 30 years. Catamount now plans to go through with their development without honoring our previous agreement. We have been defending the agreement vigerously, but now need your help and support. Cindy and I ask you to contact the local town board, and tell them your support for Swiss Hütte, and to attach the agreement to any approvals just like they did in 2005. The agreement was a condition of approval the last time around, and should be this time.
