Hello everyone :) We are looking for someone to occupy my current room in a lovely two-story house in a peaceful and quiet residential neighborhood. The house: -The house has a shared large kitchen, a garden, a dining room, a spacious living room, and 2 bathrooms (one of which is located in the master bedroom and thus limited to its occupants). Moreover, the house is also equipped with a washing machine, 2 fridges, a microwave, and a dish washer. -It is a 5 minute bicycle ride from Cowley Road, where (for those not acquainted with Oxford) many restaurants and stores are located and a 20 minutes bike journey to City Centre. -Rent is 470 pcm (including utilities). All students are exempted from council tax but we would kindly ask of any interested professionals to pay the council tax. Current tenants: -Three equally wonderful and delightful people. Nora, a clinical neuroscience postgraduate student at Oxford; Santiago, an international development postgraduate student at Oxford, and Alan, a rock climbing expert and film enthusiast.
