Hello everyone and welcome to the recap. It was an eventful weekend as TEC turned 4 on Friday; we had our last Worker’s meeting & Love Feast on Saturday & RAW PRAISE in all our services on Sunday. All these activities are testament to God’s goodness and mercy over TEC! We Praise God!! For our recap, we’ll take a summary of @pgeeman’s exaltation to the church. Here’s a little of what he said: enjoy… God has given us a blueprint for our lives. What we do with the gift of life is however up to us. We must understand that as believers, we are set aside for God to make a positive difference in “that world”. The Elevation Church can be likened to a person that is called by God to fulfill destiny. TEC’s destiny is one without walls and its members are prime examples of where God is taking us. Jesus died so that we can be great. Greatness is heavily rooted in Christs definition of Us. However, He also stressed that to be great means we should be servants and have pride far away from us. Whoever wants to be great must become a servant (Mark 10:43 (MSG)). We are here to serve and help humanity in whatever ramification. Our lives should be focused on service, blessings and unleashing all we have on the world. You may be asking, what is my part in the grand scheme of things? I am a normal person. Well, all through the Bible, we see normal people take up impossible challenges. For example, David (a normal boy) took on a national challenge. David had a sling, that was ALL he had. Today, take up the challenge and move from primary school into the big league! There is plenty of greatness on the inside of you. But first ask yourself, ‘What am I doing with MY sling? Thank you for following, re-tweeting and sending in your comments on the recap.
