Hello everyone, so glad to see you, that means youve quit smoking! Ive tried to quit before. ..Im sure we all have, but Im 8 months in and I was asked by someone what really made me say this was it? Did you have a rock bottom moment, an event or something that made you really said okay, thats it no turning back? Care to share ? Ill go 1st... i went to the hospital feeling my worst ever in life, was told they found a 8mm nodule, (spot on my lung ) that may be cancer...ummm, that was it for me, I went to the pulmonary dr. For months for observation, VERY scary..(later found it was from bacterial pneumonia) began reading stories on why quit, i cried many nights, the withdrawals were ridiculous, couldnt sleep, nausea, brain fog, cold sweats, you name it, I had it. I said to myself regardless of my craving,the smokers Im around, IM DONE , I kept telling myself, to darn bad deal with the cravings, you chose to smoke suck it up, wanna go through withdrawing again? Ill pass and will ntap! Please share yours : )
