Hello everyone, this is Carole, Oscars Mum. I just wanted to update you as so many of you have been such a support and help to us over the introduction of Henry to Oscar. We have spoken to the Vet and she told us to let both cats use the same blankets and bedding so that both of their scents get on them, so we have been doing the right thing. I have some progress to report today! We have opened the sitting room door and let Henry have another investigate around the house. Oscar is being fussed over a great deal and just now Oscar was sitting on the kitchen window ledge when Henry came in (all of this is supervised by both of us just in case some problem should arise). I actually ignored Henry and went to talk to Oscar and stroke him. He was quite calm. I then offered Oscar some meat (stolen from a sandwich Oscars Dad was making for himself LOL) and stayed with Oscar to see if he wanted it, he started eating. I then put some on a small plate and gave it to Henry. They could both see eachother and both were eating! This has to be good. :) I snapped a couple of pictures so you could see.
