Hello everyone, we have received lots of enquiries about not receiving an email with results. Firstly, can we ask you to check your spam folder as your mail provider may automatically send it there. The other reason may be due to to a duplicate entry being received for your household address. These were removed before the draw so an email would not have been sent. However, if you are confident that only one application was entered, please email [email protected] with your name, address and postcode.
