Hello evryone..here is d recipe for VRAT DOSA Ingredients For the Dosa- 1. 1 cup Samak Rice Flour 2. ¼ cup Kuttu ka Atta 3. ¼ cup Singhare ka Atta 4. ½ cup Curd 5. 1 tsp Baking Soda (Meetha Soda) 6. 1 tsp ginger paste 7. 1 tsp green chilli paste 8. Salt (Sendha Namak) To Taste 9. Ghee to roast For the filling- 1. 4 boiled and roughly mashed potatoes 2. 1 tsp finely chopped green chilli 3. 1 tsp ginger grated or paste 4. 2 tbsp chopped coriander 5. 1 tsp red chilli 6. Salt (sendha namak) to taste 7. 5-7 curry leaves 8. 2 tbsp Desi ghee Method 1. Soak samak rice in water for about 2-3 hours .Now grind them to make a smooth paste. 2. In a bowl, add all the other ingredients except baking soda. Cover the batter and keep it aside for about 3-4 hours. 3. Now add baking soda to it. 4. Heat the dosa tawa, grease it with desi ghee. 5. Now pour a ladleful batter over the pan. Spread it in a circular motion using ladle to make a thin layer. 6. Pour little ghee over the dosa and bake from both side till it becomes crispy. 7. Pour a ladlefull stuffing over it and fold the sides. 8. Serve hot with coconut and coriander chutneys. For the stuffing- 1. Heat ghee in a frying pan, add curry leaves, then add green chilli and ginger paste 2. Now add mashed potatoes and stir it well for 2-3 minutes. 3. Add salt and red chilli to this and spread coriander over it. The stuffing is ready. Note- 1. Use peanuts instead of “Chana dal” in coconut chutney. 2. You can adjust the amount of chilli in the recipe according to your taste.
