Hello family! Heres some notes from the meeting last night. Attendees Gov Teddy Pogi and Tita Mely Ganda, PP Eric with spouse Lydia S. Ignacio, PP Victor Buencamino and yours truly, PP Mike dela Elaine Evangelista-Dela Cruz fyi, PP Mar and spouse Zeny Eusebio de Dios (belated happy birthday!), PP Rey and spouse Ludi Zubia Vistro, and surprise, surprise! PP Jessie King Simeon! Gov Pdg Teddy Zamora opened the meeting and expressed appreciation for the love and understanding for the cancellation of our traditional yearly Christmas Party, and celebrating this instead through community service, and fellowship with our seniors in Boys Town (pls see PP Erics banner invite for details). Mario Francisco is requested to recite his famous tula approp for audience. Heres agreed PROGRAM: Invocation (Tagalog) - Sps Ludy Vistro Welcome address by Emcee - PP Luz Luz Cotoco Short Christmas Message by Gov Teddy Tula - PP Mario (Parlor games interspersed with gift giving and presentation by volunteers from the Action Family) kahit daw po recycled number request nila Gov and Tita Mely Zamora) Parlor games appropriate for seniors. The assigned gifts per zone were initially intended as parlor games prizes, but it was thereafter decided to give everybody a piece of each item. -------------------------------------------------------Gov. Teddy wishes to have an organizational structure and requested the action family to have a leader, or a Zone Lead for one year term. We will draw lots during the Christmas Fellowship for the Seniors on Dec. 7. The zone that will be picked will decide who will lead the Zone and the entire Action Family.
