Hello family and friends. I need help from my home cooks. I made chicken noodle soup from scratch for the first time. It looks beautiful and is good but it is a little bland. To make the broth, it just called for thyme, one clove garlic, one bay leaf, s+p and the chicken and veggies. I feel like I want to add a lot more salt but I dont think thats the solution. What extra do you all add when making broth??
