Hello fellow Monrovians. I am sending out this message today to see if some of you can donate some bags of Halloween candy for a great cause. On October 30, City of Hope is hosting its annual Pediatric Halloween Parade. During the day, the pediatric patients and their sibling get all dressed up in costume and walk through the hospital and clinics in costume an collect candy and treats. After the parade they are treated to a pizza party. There is nothing like it! Many departments help by dressing up in costume and decorating tables to hand out their candy. We expect several hundred kids to come through, so I am sending out the call to all of my great neighbors to see if you can help. If you can, let me know and I will make arrangements to pick it up.
