Hello fellow guildies and welcome to our 3rd Guild Raffle! Here you will find all the information you need on our raffle. The Guild Raffle is an attempt to reward members of For Horde for their time and dedication to the game and helping their fellow guild mates. For this reason we want it to be as fair as possible to all who enter to walk away feeling like their time in game is worthwhile. This time around we have modified the rules for how to enter the raffle as well as how to win. This time around we will be drawing, quite literally, from a hat. There will be no more “tickets", instead we will now refer to your increased chance of winning a prize merely as “entries". For every entry you have you will have your name added to the raffle hat one time. You may have an infinite number of entries, however you may only win from the General Raffle (more on this later) once. This allows everyone to potentially win something of value for their participation in the Raffle. However, there will still be a benefit for having many entries. All items in the General Raffle will no longer be raffled individually. Instead, choice order is raffled. For instance say we have 10 items and 10 people in the raffle… the first name drawn has first pick of the 10 items… second person gets second pick and on down the line. In this manner you increase the odds of acquiring objects that you specifically desire by having as many entries as possible, but once you have picked your item you may not win again; allowing others the chance to win as well. Other than the General Raffle we will have 1 Grand Prize. The Grand Prize (likely a rare and/or expensive mount or other item) is a separate raffle and each person who had any number of entries in the General Raffle will automatically have 1 and only 1 entry in the Grand Prize Raffle, once again allowing all participants to have a fair chance at this rare item. The drawings themselves will be done by Tenebres. We will start a Google Hangout in which people can watch her draw the names to validate that no cheating or favoritism occurs. People who have entries but are not present will get a booby prize of a pet, or something else that is left. The raffle will be held on July31st at 7:00pm EST How To Enter: Send an in game mail to Tenebres. She will then add your name to the raffle and you will get 1 free entry just for signing up. If you purchase or donate an item, Tene will keep track of this, and also update you on how many entries you have How to get more entries: You may purchase more entries, or donate items. 250g per entry ITEMS: 3 stacks Cata mats-1 entry 2 stacks of panda mats-1 entry More expensive mats-2 entries Rare pets-2 entries Raid pets-3 entries Extremely rare pets-4 entries Panda Crafted Epics-4 entries Panda BOE world drops/High end-6 entries Mounts-7-13 entries Other: 1-3 entries depending on the item and/or amount GUILD DUNGEON RUNS: Send an ingame mail to TENEBRES with who was in your group, and how many dungeons you ran. 1 entry per person in GUILD group per dungeon/scenario. No more entries given after weekly cap has been reached. If you have any questions please ask any Officer.
