Hello friends I am Ashutosh Kingaonkar, Member of Academic Board GCOEA. This is for all our juniors from 1st year to 3rd year. I have given a request to the senate to allow those students who are i nterested in developing interdisciplinary projects. I am pleased to tell you that the APEC committee of our college has given an approval for that. What are interdisciplinary projects?? If a student from civil department want to give a demo of his structure of a component through coding in C or Java which are a part of Comps and IT domain, this kind of project is interdisciplinary in nature. Another eg is of a Robot . If students want to make a robot, Students from EnTC can work on electronic components and their colleagues from Comps and IT can work on coding that Robot. Such kind of projects are always undertaken in IITs and NITs. It helps in increasing our technical knowledge too. As far as evaluation is concerned, the guide from the dpt which u belong will evaluate your project. So I hope in future most of you students will undertake interdisciplinary projects and bring glory to our college
