Hello friends.... a quick note about what is going on here at Annies. We have had a fantastic year and I would like to personally thank all of our clients for being awesome. I love (and I say this often) being a part of this great community. Our much talked about and anticipated NEW WEBCAMS have actually been ordered and will be installed in 2 weeks! BY PROFESSIONALS!!! yay. I know that there will be 10 cameras (some of which will be security only) but either way we will have more cameras that are better and easier to access. yay! We had a successful summer that included a computer upgrade, a price change, and some minor policy changes. We appreciate your patience during all of this. We also added a few more staff members. Many of you have met Dan, who is handling the front counter on opposite shift than Jeni. Annies REscue Foundation has continued our stray program. Over the past year and a half we have taken in a couple of dogs that have been hard to place. No fault of the dog. They just havent found the right home. So we are on intake hold until they find homes. But we still have to keep them vaccinated, up on heatworm and flea and tick meds, food, shelter, etc. We are committed to finding them the right homes, and Im confident that will happen. Until then they are in sanctuary here. Bindi. Veronica. Gidget. All three pit mixes. All three girls about 2-3 years old. All three sweet loving and fun dogs. Did you know that we now carry Diamond Naturals Grain free food? It is a moderately priced grain free food that comes in Beef, Fish, and Chicken protein choices with Sweet Potato. WE use this food and have used it for several years on my personal dogs and with our rescues. WE have samples available if you have considered using it, just ask we can let you try it for free. We changed our HOURS... and that seems to be working nicely. We open at 7am and close at 7pm. Mon-Friday and extended our Sunday hours 3-6pm for pickups.
