I had dinner yesterday with Monsour Del Rosario one of the greatest Takwondo martial artist of all time and a 8 time National Lightweight and 1988 Olympic Taekwondo Champion. Monsour is a true gentleman and still got the eye of the tiger. He has been in many action films in the Philippines. He is still in great shape and close to 50 but can pass for 30s. The taekwondo event he invited me to was just amazing.
