Hello from NAMM loyal fans! Pictures are coming very soon of our new models at the show! Lets get a buzz going on! You can see in the cover photo my personal S7G I built for myself. Lets see some pictures of your prized S7G guitars on a comment thread here. Some of you may have noticed recently a very disrespectful mass commenting spree that a disgruntled customer posted recently. We are sorry you had to see that on your posts and our posts to the page that were all positive, which we welcome and appreciate so much from you loyal fans. Just like every other brand of guitars out there and custom shops... We cant please em all. We tried to make it right by giving this customer a very generous offer and he refused it. He only cared to spread bad word about a guitar that we were fully willing to fix but were not given the chance to make right before he went on a massive social media bashing of our brand. He received this guitar quite a while ago and recently started up with the negative stuff again. Many of you already know we are recovering from a rough past and trying to leave that past behind us. Since 2013, with the exception of wait times we havent been able to avoid, there have been no other complaints about the quality of our guitars that have shipped over the past year + I am very proud of the work I have done as the new production manager getting our new shop running and tightening up our quality control, as well as taking on all customer service which Im sure most of you have noticed has significantly improved since I just love talking to you all so much! I am proud of the work Chris has been doing since he came on board full time to get guitars built. Jim as always is doing the best he can to keep a roof over our heads and the doors open at the shop. So with all that being said... Lets see some positive vibes come back to our page. We all know the satisfied customers far faaaarrr outweigh the handful of guys out there we just couldnt please. Lets hear from ya!
