Hello guys! This year I really wanted to do something different for Valentine’s day and am now reaching out to anyone and everyone who would like to join me! I know how much House Church is involved in loving others , praying for our community, and helping out this beautiful city. Everyone deserves love and a warm blanket! This is how the idea of OPERATION: CUPID came about. I am collecting items to fill care packages for some people currently living at the Maranatha Missions and the Serenity Home here in Milledgeville. The individuals served at these shelters are currently working to get back on their feet, finding jobs, and turning away from substance abuse addictions. We are hoping to fill the bags with: -a note of love and encouragement -a blanket -socks -deodorant -tooth brush/tooth paste -disposable razors -soap -lotions -chapstick -any other toiletries Melissa Kay Thomas will be collecting items at the White House from January 28th-February 9th!
